If your copy of Windows 7 is activated and genuine, you will ge t a message that says “Activation was successful” and you will see the Microsoft Genuine software logo on the right hand side.
If you have any other questions about whether your copy of Windows 7 is valid, post a comment here and I will try to help.
0.8.4 may sound like a very minor step from the version 0.8.3 released in August, but this new release of the W3C Markup Validator brings some very important change: in addition to checking documents against established standards such as HTML 4.01 and XHTML 1.0, the validator can now check documents for conformance to HTML5, thanks to the integration with the html5 engine.
Hi all, I have had this problem for about 2 weeks now and any help or assistance would be very much appreciated.
My Asus laptop running Win 7 Professional (64) started showing the watermark with the Windows Not Genuine message. Windows updates have stopped and System restore fails with 'catastrophic failure' error.
Changes include: Added username/password proxying for validation of documents protected by HTTP Basic Authentication, thanks to patches from Renaud Bruyeron.
This revision also includes patches to use the Perl5 version of libwww-perl.
So you have a computer with Windows 7 installed, but you’re not sure if you are running a genuine version of the OS.
You may have this issue if you downloaded a copy of Windows 7 or if someone installed it for you.
Click on Start, then Control Panel, then click on System and Security, and finally click on System.
Then scroll all the way down to the bottom and you should see a section called Windows activation, which says “Windows is activated” and gives you the Product ID.
Also my Office apps have started to freeze with the 'Non commercial use - Unlicensed Product' message in the title bar.
